How long will it take for my order to ship out?
The processing process of order verification, quality check, packaging and send off takes 1-2 business days (UTC +8). If your order was placed during the weekend then your order will be processed and shipped the following week.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
- The time it takes to receive your packages can vary depending on the carrier company that is chosen at random. Please do view your tracking details for more information.
- Your scheduled delivery date will be sent to you after your order has been processed along with your receipt and tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products all over the world. However, international shipping may involves various carriers and logistics processes, weather conditions and seasonal peaks in shipping volumes can contribute to extended shipping times.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, you can typically track its status using a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. You can then access this information through the carrier's website or mobile app, ensuring you stay informed about the progress of your order until it reaches your doorstep.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Master and Visa credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
All sales are final and not subject to modifications or cancellations. Returns and refunds are only processed in the event that the item is damaged or incorrect.
Help! My product is damaged, incorrect or missing.
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- The stipulated time for returns, exchanges or refunds are 30 days from the arrival of product.
- Attach photos of the defective item and email our customer service. Do allow for 3-5 working days for your request to be processed.
Am I eligible for a refund?
Refunds are only accepted for incorrect, damaged or missing items. If your item does not fall under the mentioned categories, you are not eligible for a refund.
How do I return products?
- Returns are only eligible for those that have received incorrect or damaged items.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Malaysia, shipping your
